As long as we start on time stomach massage is included in most massages. I can also add a disposable sheet if that would make you feel more comfortable and avoid glute work. Massage feels great and can alleviate period symptoms .

On time arrival ensures full time. Because we typically have a client after you if are late to your appointment we can usually only extend it by a few minutes. For example, if you are 15 minutes late to your 60 minute visit your massage will be less than 60 minutes.

Our practice is small and we often can not fill a slot with short notice. Same day cancelling / rescheduling is subject to a $50 cancellation fee from the balance paid.

Your post op massage should not hurt. It does not have to hurt. The lymphatic system is superficial which means it requires light pressure to be activated. Your body is the most tender the first few days after surgery you need to be handled with gentle care. Any one who tells you that your massages have to be painful is likely not trained properly. Even for fibrosis massage which is a deeper type of massage you should be asked if this is comfortable or too much.
