This is a PROFESSIONAL full body massage. We will target different areas of your body but this is NOT sexual service. Please do not book if you are seeking that – it is a waste of both our times.

I like to keep my massage practice small and personable. You’ll reach out to me and we’ll coordinate a time. The deposit is only 50% upfront applied towards your service.

Payment methods include a paylink (card), zelle, apple pay, or venmo.

Avoid heavy meals right before ​eating. No alcohol or smoking ​prior. And show up early for any ​paper work, that may need to be ​completed.

We will reschedule if you are sick.

You are an ideal candidate for a ​massage even if you are not in pain or ​you have trouble relaxing during your ​sessions.

If you fall asleep during your massage ​or drool it is okay. Your body needs ​rest.

You do not have to shave before ​getting a massage.

If you are a ​heavier individual there are ​modifications we can make to make ​you more comfortable laying face ​down or face up.

Body scars or ​acne is not judged.

Most of the massages offered ​ideally will involve you being ​undressed down to your ​underwear and underneath a ​sheet.

That would include ​removing your bra and allowing ​access for your back to be ​massaged.

But this is your session, your comfort level is most important.

A combination of different techniques put together to help your body feel less stiff and more aligned.

If you are someone who is already flexible then the goal is to help you relax and feel more at ease.

It's safe to have a massage during any trimester of your pregnancy.

Unlike a lot of other massage therapists in New York City -- I won't scare you into coming to see me weekly.

Once a month is standard for the average massage session unless you are training/in recovery/or exercising frequently. Then we might boost it up to getting a massage biweekly to weekly.

Massage can also be an amazing way to process your emotions and feel safe enough to let your guard down. If you have trouble trusting others – massage is a nice way to tune into your body and thoughts in a controlled environment.

It's safe to have a massage during any trimester of your pregnancy.

Miscarriages in general are the most common during the first trimester without any correlation to bodywork.

However, the fear of being connected to it has made many massage therapists unwilling to work on first trimester clients. There are modifications that can be made for pregnant clients in conjunction with your doctor (if needed).

You are under a sheet + blanket the entire time.

With increased blood flow sometimes it happens but this is still a professional massage. It will be ignored until it goes away.

If you have your period it can be good to tell me, so we can include helpful stretches and you can have a stomach massage (optional) to soothe aches. Massage can also help with cramps.

NOPE.

Deep pressure and deep tissue are not the same.

We can alternate between deep tissue and your typical "swedish" massage without being hurt.

Deep tissue massage just means we are delving deeper between the layers of your tissue (the body is made of muscle, tissue, bone, and fat).

Deep pressure is a bit different. Someone can have a deep tissue massage without having an elbow in their back.

Nope. Will I check in regarding pressure? Yes.

I enjoy chatter during our sessions but most of the time we will talk only if you start up the conversation. My priority is for you to relax.

It is okay to ask for specific pressure and please say if you feel uncomfortable or are in pain.

For a thai massage you can leave your clothing on. Come wearing loose comfy clothes.

For a regular professional massage you would undress to your underwear and get underneath a sheet. If you feel more comfortable with more underclothes on, that is okay too.
